Who we are

What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us, through:
- Contact form — name, email, phone/LinkedIn (optional) and your message.
- Viewing request form — full name, email, phone, country, city, preferred dates and any additional notes.
- Brochure download — your email address, to unlock and send you the specification sheet and brochure, and to follow up with you directly about your interest.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not collect personal data passively through tracking scripts.
Why we process your data
We process the data above to respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested viewing, or send you the materials you asked for. This is based on your consent (submitting the form) and, where applicable, on steps taken at your request prior to a possible reservation or partnership agreement.
How your data is handled
Form submissions are sent directly to the TAURA team by email. To do this, we use a serverless function that we operate ourselves, together with Resend as our email delivery provider — Resend only relays the message to our inbox and does not use your data for any purpose of its own. We do not use a CRM, marketing platform, or any other third party to store or process this data.
To protect our forms against automated abuse (spam bots), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving verification service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. — the same provider that hosts this website. When you use one of our forms, Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) solely to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile does not use this data for advertising, does not build user profiles, and does not set tracking cookies. Processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping our contact channel free of automated abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and viewing-request data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

Cookies & local storage
This site does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is loaded that requires your consent under the ePrivacy Directive. We use one small piece of browser local storage, taura_consent, reserved for a future consent choice — non-essential scripts (if any are ever added, such as analytics) will only load after you explicitly opt in.
The Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection widget on our forms is strictly necessary to provide a secure contact service and does not set tracking cookies, so it does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
All web fonts used on this site are self-hosted — none of your data is sent to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.
